Product Description

B-2 alloy is a solid solution strengthened nickel-molybdenum alloy commonly used in extreme reduction conditions. Compared to the previous alloy B (UNS N10001), alloy B-2 significantly reduces the content of carbon, silicon and iron. Compared with B alloy, B-2 alloy is less prone to corrosion in the welding zone in the welding state. Controlling other alloying elements, such as iron and chromium, solves potential problems with molding and forming. The strict chemical control of B-2 alloy during the production process makes it used in the welded state and less susceptible to stress corrosion cracking under many conditions. Blind flange is a connection form of flange. It's basically a flange without a hole in the middle. One of its functions is to block the end of the pipeline, and the other is to facilitate the removal of debris in the pipeline during maintenance. In terms of sealing effect, it has the same effect as the head and the tube cap. However, there is no way to disassemble the head, and the flange blind plate is fixed with bolts, which is very convenient to disassemble.
