Product Description

Inconel X-750 alloy is mainly a γ "[Ni3(Al, Ti, Nb)] phase aging strengthened nickel based superalloy, with good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980℃, high strength below 800℃, and good relaxation resistance below 540℃. It also has good formability and weldability. The alloy is mainly used in the manufacture of plane springs and helical springs that are resistant to relaxation and require high strength for aircraft engines operating below 800 ° C. It can also be used to manufacture turbine turbine blades and other parts. The varieties available are sheet, strip, bar, forgings, rings, wire and tubing.

Blind flange is a type of flange connection, which is actually a flange without a hole in the middle. One of its functions is to block the end of the pipe, and the other is to facilitate the removal of debris in the pipe during maintenance. In terms of blocking, it has the same function as the head and the pipe cap. However, the head cannot be disassembled, while the blind flange is fixed with bolts and is very easy to disassemble. The materials of the blind flange include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, plastic, etc.
